Our neighbors make awesome holiday treats. They decorate cupcakes, cookies and candy. This is their latest creation of which has been dismembered since the photo.

- The Lubbock Kirklands are Eric (husband and dad), Brooke (wife and mom), Graham and Neely (the kids). Eric and Brooke have been married since July 2001. We both grew up in North Richland Hills, TX, Eric graduated from Texas Tech and Georgia Tech, and Brooke from Oklahoma Baptist and Texas Tech. We've lived in Lubbock since summer 2004, Graham was born in December 2008 and Neely in August 2010. Eric is a mechanical engineer and Brooke is a nurse and stay-at-home mom. There you go...nutshell. Geez, it sounds like an obituary.
That looks yummy. I wish I was crafty with candy. I don't know if I would ever actually assemble anything though. I might eat it in progress.
